In our normal work, we often write English letter to foreigner. So if we handle how to write a good letter, it will help us to get purpose easily.
So here I find something about writing a business letter to share with you.
A ordinary business letter consists of seven parts:
1/ the letter-head ( include sender’s name and address) 函头（包括发信者的姓名、地址）
2/ the reference and date (at the right side) 文号和日期（在信的右上角）
3/ the inside name and address(receiver’s name and address) 信内称呼和地址（收信人的姓名、地址） 位置：和2并列，居左边
4/ the salutation 称呼
5/ the message, or the body of the letter 正文
6/the complimentary close 结束谦语
7/ the writer’s signature and designation 署名、签名
